Campsite L'Orée des Cévennes

Situated in the charming medieval village of Saint-Jean-de-Valériscle, L’Orée des Cévennes campsite allows you to benefit from a charming setting in the heart of a protected countryside. The establishment is located 600m from St-Jean-de-Valériscle, 14km from the Royal Kids park and 14km from Portes castle.

During your stay at L’Orée des Cévennes campsite, there's no risk of getting bored. You can participate in many activities and events in the region. Children can enjoy themselves like crazy in the campsite playground.

Thecommunity swimming pool welcomes the whole family for a swim. Furthermore, holidaymakers can take part in other activities outside of the campsite : canyoning, paragliding, treetop climbing or even canoe-kayaking. The campsite's restaurant/snackbar « The Open-air Café» offers a magnificent view overlooking the river Auzonnet.

Don't hesitate to take a stroll in the medieval village of Saint-Jean-de-Valériscle or make a visit to Portes castle. History enthusiasts can take a tour of the Préhistorama museum. Children will not fail to enjoy the entertainment offered at the Royal Kids park in Alès.
