Campsite Le Bois Joly
Located just 1400m away from the Vendée coast and its magnificent white sandy beaches, the Bois Joly campsite has a unique and enchanting setting! Just a stone's throw from the centre of Saint-Jean-de-Monts (first shops just 1km away), this riverside campsite invites you for a relaxed stay with your family. Located between land and sea, sit back and relax and discover the surroundings by going fishing or even canoeing!
On site, forget your worries and relax by the fantastic swimming facilities, made up of several pools surrounded by sun loungers. Dive into these stunning pools by hurtling down the amazing slides (outdoor pool, covered pool and paddling pool open from 12/04 until 28/09). Challenge your friends to a game of table tennis or pool (for a small fee) or get involved in boules tournaments. For the kids, there are entertaining activities provided at kids' club (4-12 year-olds). Take a minute to relax in the spa area, with a sauna, spa and more, and enjoy Californian massage sessions. Make the Bois Joly your starting point for activities of all kinds: head off in search of salt marshes and dams, hop onto the cycling routes to discover the unique charms of the region, explore the mysteries of the great pine forest, and more... Above all, don't forget your camera - you'll be able to take fantastic pictures of creeks, cliffs, ports or even the famous local maisonnettes with their blue shutters. Make a detour via the Gois Causeway to Noirmoutier Island and the salt marshes. A little further away, should you wish, you could visit Puy-du-Fou or the Planète Sauvage zoo. Other activities available in the surrounding area: horse riding (riding school only 1km away), golf (1.5km), water sports (1.4km), boat trips, tennis (500m) cycling (bike rentals at the campsite) and hikes.
